A United States Federal Court has just released a ruling that President Donald Trump “overstepped his authority” with the whopping tariffs placed on global imports, mainly on China.
Furthermore The International Trade Court ruled that the emergency law invoked by the White House does not give authority to place these whopping tariffs on a global level.
Within mere minutes after these rulings the White House filed an appeal.
